Accepted Non-Condition

To initiate the 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns process, go to your Purchase History and click "Return an Item." Most issues are handled on the spot, but you may need to contact us for issues like exchanges or missing parts. Contact us using Email/messages and we'll respond within 1 business day.

Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item MSRP Price

plus cost of Original Shipping, return shipping and replacement shipping.

All Above subject fee will be directly deducted from refund amount.

(Note: For Those Affiliate Wholesale Members whom Register time less than 9 Months, we will just subject the 15% restock fee plus return shipping Fee from the refund amount for supporting those new wholesalers' resale business starting)


Exchanges due to shipping errors or shipping defect by us will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges, we will in charge of providing return shipping label to your end buyers & Reship replaced / Exchange item all under our full expense payment.


Within 30 days from delivery day if your end buyer want to return the items because any of their reason (Such as item size doesn't fit, change the mind, etc.), return are free accepted and when our warehouse received the returned items with the original manufacturer's package which not effected re-sale, within 48 hours the payment will be refund via Quick Pay or Zelle transfer back to your bank account in full amount deduct 15% Restock fee and re-ship fee ; But If your buyer return reason is because of our item shipping or quality defect claim then you have to contact & Ask for your end buyer provided the detailed defect description form with related products' defect pictures proof (pictures has to show our brand mark which prints on the products) and submit to us for clarify and verify, within 48 Hours we will come to a conclusion either reject claim or accept claim: if accept your end buyer's claim we will provided return shipping label and when the defected item returned to our warehouse we will arrange refund your money via Quick Pay or Zelle back to your bank within 48 Hours accordingly.

Sometimes due to shipping Carrier's reason, your end buyer may claim for the purchased item not received, here is mainly 3 solution way as:

1) if tracking No. online does not show any "item received by Carrier" information such as item may missed scan or caused by any other terminal problem, we will right now refund your payment in full amount within 48 hours from the date of received your claim;

2) if Tracking No. online shows item "in-Transit" but Tracking detailed information shows item Stopped (missed) on a certain carrier's terminal over 7 days: a) if carrier are FedEx (We create the shipping Label) then we will in charge of claim carrier and refund your payment right now; b) if carrier is USPS (You provide the shipping Labels) then you have to contact USPS Service Center for claim your package lost directly.

3) if tracking No. online shows the items already be delivered and you provided end buyer's shipping address no mistake then you have to decline your end buyer's "item not received claim" accordingly.
