Q) My end-buyers need to return something - what's your return policy?
A) We are happy to help! Please see our "Help-Free Returns" or by going to your wholesaler member account returns page and filling out the form as best as you can in order to request a return.
- ChristOne AutoParts is happy to warranty our parts free return for 30 days after purchase. Returned Parts must be in new, salable condition. ChristOne AutoParts reserves the right to assess a 15%-25% restocking fee based on MSRP price.
- We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
- If your end buyers claim a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it all including provide return shipping label and return for exchange or refund in full amount as your end buyers' text request but it must be reported to us with some pictures or Video from your end-buyers as damage/defect proof immediately.
Q) Can I pay with a check, money order, or cash?
A) Yes We accept Zelle / QuickPay Transfer ways or Check / Cash directly deposit to our Bank account just for our Wholesaler Members via " Buy Now with 1- click" and sorry we don't directly sold any of our web-site products to any other consumers whom aren't our wholesaler members or Dealers at present (For details please see "Company- 1 Click Order").
Q) I live in the area of one of your warehouses. Can I come and pick up parts there?
A) We do not have a shop-able retail store, so we do not offer customer local pickup at present. All of our parts are shipped, and shipped for free!
Q) Can I have this item shipped to someone other than myself?
A) Yes We can free ship to your confirmed business address of your retail store or if your are our wholesaler members then we can directly free ship to your provided your end buyer's shipping address as your request.
Q) I need this part tomorrow; can you ship this item overnight to me?
A) We do not offer free expedited shipping, but you can upgrade to FedEx Next Day air or FedEx 2nd Day Air. Free Ground orders typically take between 3 - 5 days to arrive after payment is received. If you choose Next Day or 2nd Day air, you will receive them on the next or second business day after you place the order if you order before 4 pm EST M-F, excluding public holidays.
Q) Can you match one of your competitor's prices?
A) We do not currently offer any form of price matching. We offer quality parts for the lowest wholesale prices in the Manufacturer industry just for our wholesaler members.
Q) How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A) Orders typically take between 3 - 5 days to arrive after payment is received. They are all shipped from the closest warehouse that has the part available. We automatically send tracking information to your associated email address.
Q) How much is shipping?
A) All of our standard shipping is free to your end-buyers within the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous 48 states will incur a Extra Oversea shipping surcharge fee based on weight and distance.
Q) My end-buyers need a part for his car that you don't have it listed. Can I special order one?
A) Any parts that we can offer to our wholesaler members will be listed on our website. We are constantly expanding our inventory so please check back soon if you are currently unable to locate a specific part.
Q) Will you ship the part to anywhere in the world?
A) We currently only ship to the USA 50 states, European, Mexico and Canada. But outside USA we may charge the international shipping fee and International buyers must bear their country's import duty which may charged by their custom.
Q) Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
A) Yes, we do. Thank you for your end buyers' military service!
Q) What do L and R stand for?
A) L and R stand for left and right. The left and right sides on a vehicle are determined as though you were sitting in the driver's seat. The left is the driver's side, and the right is the passenger's side.
Q) I just got my tracking number and there's no info!
A) Check it again tomorrow. It takes 1 day for the carrier to give status and a delivery date. FedEx provide delivery dates, USPS usually does not but they take no longer than 5 business days.
