5 Year Warranty:

This item is backed by a 5 Year Warranty. In the event this item should fail due to manufacturing defects during intended use, we will replace the part free of charge (excludes shipping charges) for the original purchaser.

Please note: Any modifications to an item of any kind before contacting us will void any and all warranty coverage for this item. Please contact us before modifying the part so that we have the opportunity to correct the situation.

Shipping

All orders placed before 4pm (Western Standard) will be shipped the same business day.

Orders made after 4pm (Western Standard) will be shipped the following business day. All orders in the continental 48 States will be shipped FREE of charge via FedEx or USPS at our discretion.

Orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) will be required to pay a surcharge for shipping.

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International.

International Shipping Attention:

TRACKING NUMBER is available for standard shipping. The delivery takes 2-4 weeks.
UPDATE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before purchase. We do not accept address change requests after purchasing. If you forgot to update your shipping address, please ask for the cancellation before it ships and then re-buy it again.
CANCELLATION is only accepted before order ships.
CUSTOMS, IMPORTED DUTIES, AND TAXES, if applies, must be borne by the recipient.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

When you order from us out of USA, you or a recipient of the order is the importer of record and responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The order maybe subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates..

Return Policy

Customer must contact CHRIST ONE within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping.

Exchanges due to shipping errors by CHRIST ONE will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.
